This policy explains what Edgery does with your data. Edgery is operated by Shem Brothers LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, and its affiliates.

Your chat messages go to Anthropic

Edgery is built on Claude. Your chat messages are sent to Anthropic (the maker of Claude) to generate responses. Anthropic processes that content on our behalf in order to return an answer to you. Everything you type into Edgery’s chat should be understood as leaving our systems for that purpose.

What we collect

Your account identity from our sign-in provider, the messages you send and the responses you receive, any bets you choose to track in Edgery, and ordinary product-usage records (such as message counts) that let us run and bill the service.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and chat data for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so, subject to any records we're legally required to retain.

Under 21

Edgery is for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 21, we delete it.

We do not sell your data

Edgery does not sell your personal information, and does not share it with third parties for their own advertising or marketing. The only third parties that see your data are the service providers we need in order to operate — our AI provider, our sign-in provider, our payment processor, and our hosting and database providers — and each of them handles it only to provide that service to us.
