These terms govern your use of Edgery. By using Edgery you agree to them. Edgery is operated by Shem Brothers LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, and its affiliates.
Not personalized advice
This service does not constitute advice, nor does it constitute a recommendation on whether or how to engage in sports betting. Edgery may surface specific bets its own numbers judge to have a positive edge, and explain why — that is Edgery’s own analysis, not personalized financial, legal, or professional advice, and never a guarantee of outcome. You decide whether, how, and how much to bet.
For entertainment and informational purposes only
Edgery is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. There is no guarantee of profit. Past results, whether yours or anyone else’s, do not predict future results.
Assumption of risk
Edgery advises and teaches only — you place your own bets. Edgery does not place, transmit, accept, or broker any wager, and never will. Any betting activity is inherently risky and is undertaken entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for every bet you place and for any losses you incur.
You are 21 or older
By using Edgery you represent that you are at least 21 years of age. If you are under 21, you may not use this service.
Eligibility is your responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that sports betting information is legal to receive in your jurisdiction, and that any betting you choose to do is legal where you are. Edgery does not verify your location and makes no representation that this service, or any activity it discusses, is lawful where you are.
Refunds
Refunds are handled case-by-case. If something went wrong on our end, email us and we'll make it right; we do not guarantee refunds for a change of mind or for a bet you placed based on Edgery's output.
No warranties
Edgery is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the information Edgery shows you is accurate, complete, or current, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet your needs. Odds, lines, and projections come from third-party sources and can be wrong or out of date.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edgery and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any betting losses. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from these terms or your use of Edgery will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, or if we reasonably believe you are under 21 or are using Edgery from a place where doing so is unlawful. You may close your account at any time by emailing us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Edgery will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
